The room was very clean and well kept. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The laundry room was clean and well maintained. It was peaceful and quiet with gated card access only entry after hours. Close to local restaurants and stores. Look forward to staying in the future.

A wonderful place. Been here a good while, and any issues that have come up are always resolved quickly. Well maintained rooms, quiet premises, staff are always helpful and friendly, a good location next to a grocery store, and anything else you need is within a short drive. Moved here a few years ago with my mother, and she was very happy to call this place home. Deena and her crew are awesome.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Safe place to live, grounds monitored and clean. Rooms very clean and if a problem staff fixes right away. People are friendly but not intrusive. Very happy to be living here and would not to want to live anywhere else. Also pet friendly. 10/10

Gated community. Nice and quiet.

I have been staying here for a few weeks and i have nothing but fantastic things to say about Daybreak. All the staff are very friendly and make you feel at home. The rooms are very clean. I highly recommend anyone to stay here. And the neighbors are friendly as well. I have nothing negative to say at all about the Daybreak.

Staying for two months until my place is ready to move in. I have a small dog also and we love this place! The people that work here are super friendly, helpful, kind hearted, and have a heart for people and animals. The rooms are super clean and very nice! The whole place is! Very quiet, the people who stay here are all extremely kind. Very safe and too knotch clean and safe. Highly recommend!!

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you, Deena, as well as James, Kathy, Diana, Bryce and Levi for being so kind to me, and always being friendly and supportive.  You are a special team of property owners who take great care of your property and are welcoming to your tenants.  This is a rare thing, trust me, and I'm so appreciative that you are strict, but helpful at the same time.  It's only fair and there's no reason for anyone to complain about it. I especially appreciate that you have been tolerant of my issues and instrumental in helping me get through a particularly rough time.  Y'all are a lovely team of people and caretakers.
