Our hospitality team is here to serve you. Since we are an extended stay facility, we do not have 24 hour office staff and the office is closed on Sundays. We have a 24 hour maintenance professional who lives onsite and assists guests with after-hours issues.
Our property managers are often working with guests, performing inspections, assisting move-ins and -outs, so there will be occasions when we are unable to answer our office phone.
We check our voicemail regularly and return calls as promptly as possible.
