Daybreak is a great place to stay for a short period or a long time, as you need. I've been here for quite a while and I have only good things to say about the property and the staff. The place is neat and clean and well-kept. There are several stores right next door. Laundry facilities on-site. Most importantly, the staff is very responsive and helpful and they take very good care of the place. They make you feel at home. I think anyone would be very satisfied with a stay here.

I love living here at the Daybreak because it feels like a community. They keep a pretty tight ship when it comes to keeping this community safe. The staff are awesome and very compassionate.

I just moved to Cleveland and needed a place during the transition. I drove by the Daybreak Suites and decided to check it out. I was pleasantly surprised at not only by the staff’s warm, inviting Southern charm, but the rooms and rates fit perfectly into my budget. Deena and her staff will make you feel at home. Lorenzo (my 5 month old pup) and I appreciate you and your wonderful support staff! I had a newly remodeled room. It looked brand new! Granite countertops, hardwood floor. Very clean and bigger than you’d think

I stayed here for a month. The staff was amazing and the people that I had meet while staying here were great people. Very quiet and safe. Laundry room and the rooms are very clean. If I have to go back to Cleveland this would be my first place to call. I found everything I needed shopping, gas, post office and restaurants are all with in 15 minutes. Thank you again.

I transitioned to Cleveland, intending only to stay here briefly while looking for a more permanent place to live. My "temporary" turned into 2 years!! The BEST place to stay EVER!! The staff is beyond Awesome in any situation. They truly care about those who stay on this property!! The rooms are clean...the property is well maintained...and my dog absolutely LOVED every staff member she came in contact with - she greeted them with joy!! I go back from time to time to visit with the crew there and they are always so warm and welcoming!! Can't say enough good things about Daybreak!!

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you, Deena, as well as James, Kathy, Diana, Bryce and Levi for being so kind to me, and always being friendly and supportive.  You are a special team of property owners who take great care of your property and are welcoming to your tenants.  This is a rare thing, trust me, and I'm so appreciative that you are strict, but helpful at the same time.  It's only fair and there's no reason for anyone to complain about it. I especially appreciate that you have been tolerant of my issues and instrumental in helping me get through a particularly rough time.  Y'all are a lovely team of people and caretakers.
